Grief Care Guide When my wife Anne died, Graham-Hitch mortuary pointed me to an 8-session grief care group. I attended and discovered two such communities in the Tri-Valley and both run this cycle twice a year. In 2020, I updated a 1998 booklet for "A Survivors’ Guide to Grief" - Click to download over there ----> |

- Stepping Stones on Grief Journey 8-session workshop, held at St. Elizabeth Seton Parish, 4001 Stoneridge, Pleasanton. Open to all, no requirement to be Catholic. I attended this one. After opening remarks, the group splits out into kinds of loss: loss of child, parent, spouse, sibling, or a friend. Bi-weekly Thursdays 7:30pm and workshops in April and in September. See description and register via: www.catholicsofpleasanton.org/grief-ministry.html
- There used to be another Grief Care ministry in Livermore but is currently inactive in 2022.
